Shipping Information

We carefully prepare every order and can’t wait for your new earrings to arrive!

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing may take slightly longer during sales, holidays or other busy periods. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $50 or more.

For orders under $50, available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update its tracking status. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather and other circumstances outside our control.

 

Shipping Address and Order Changes

Please review your shipping address and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at shopthegirlysquad@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted or prepared for shipment.

 

Delayed, Missing or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our direct control. If your package appears to be delayed or missing, please review the tracking information and contact us at shopthegirlysquad@gmail.com so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, confirm the shipping address, and contact the carrier. Replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered cannot be guaranteed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, contact us within 10 days of delivery at shopthegirlysquad@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos when applicable so we can assist you.
